Proclamations

The following are proclamations and declarations based upon God’s word, the Bible. They are designed to be read out loud. They may be read individually or in a group. As you speak, your words will be heard by God and his angels, by the devil and his angels, and by a “great company of witnesses.” If you read these words consistently each day, you will find that over time your life, your circumstances and your destiny will change.

God

• I will praise and honor the most high God who lives forever. He is the ultimate source of wisdom and knowledge and understanding. He has the power to remove kings and to raise up kings. He changes the times and the seasons. His dominion is an everlasting dominion. And he does whatever he pleases both in heaven and on earth. No one can restrain his hand or question what he does. (Dan 2:21, 4:34-35)

• The heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord. Like the rivers of water God turns the king’s heart in any direction he chooses. (Prov 21:1)

• The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom and knowledge. Therefore, I approach God with the respect he deserves. I will enter his presence with fear and trembling and yet with the confidence that I can enter boldly thru the blood of Jesus knowing that God is my loving heavenly father. (Prov 9:10 & Heb 11)

• I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise will continually be in my mouth. I will bless the Lord with my whole heart and soul. I will bless his holy name and I will not forget all his benefits. He forgives all my iniquities and he heals all my diseases. He redeems my life from destruction and he crowns me with loving kindness and tender mercies. He satisfies my mouth with good things, so that my youth is renewed like the eagles. (Psm 34:1 &103:1-5)

• The blood of the lord Jesus Christ, who is the son of the living God, cleanses me from all sin.

• Jesus is King of Kings and Lord of Lords. And Jesus is Lord over my life, over my home, over my family, over my workplace and over my classroom. (Rev 19:16)

• I acknowledge that Jesus is my personal lord and savior. I surrender my life to him and I present my body to him as a living sacrifice. (Rom 12:1-2)

The Bible

• The word of God is alive and powerful and it’s sharper than any two-edged sword. It pierces even to the dividing between the soul and the spirit and between the joints and the marrow. And the word of God knows our thoughts and discerns the true intentions of our hearts. (Heb 4:12)

• I am studying to show myself approved unto God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. (2Tim 2:15)

• God's word will not return unto him empty or void, but it will prosper and accomplish what he pleases. (Isa 55:11)

• In obedience to God’s word, I put on the whole armor of God today, including the sword of the spirit, which is the spoken word of God. And like Jesus, I am resisting the devil’s temptations by speaking the word of God and by telling him to leave. In this way I am standing against the schemes of my adversary. (Eph 6:11,17)

Family

• Whoever finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord. (Husband) I have found a wife and that is a good thing. I have obtained favor from the Lord because of her. (Wife) I am a wife and that is a good thing. My husband has obtained favor from the Lord because of me. (Prov 18:22)

• Children are our heritage from the Lord. They are like arrows in the hands of a mighty man. I am happy because my quiver is full of them. (Psm 127:3-5)

• I have chosen whom I will serve. So, as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. (Joshua 24:15)

• I will follow God’s order for my family. The head of every man is Christ. The head of the woman is the man. And the head of Christ is God. (1Cor 11:3)

• A child left to himself brings his parents to shame. Therefore, I spend time with my children. My family is more important to me than anything money can buy and it’s also more important than my ministry.

• In my home, in my family, in my workplace and in my classroom all things will be done decently and in order. (1Cor 14:40)

Guidance

• I am trusting in the lord with all my heart and I will not lean to my own understanding. I acknowledge him in all my ways and God is directing my path. (Prov 3:5-6)

• God is giving me the spirit of wisdom and the spirit of revelation so I can know and do his will. (Eph 1:17)

• God knows the plans he has for me and my loved ones. They are plans for peace and not for evil. They are plans for prosperity and not for calamity, to give us a future and a hope. (Jer 29:11)

• The Holy Spirit is leading me into God’s will and he guides me into all truth. The Holy Spirit teaches me all things and he brings all things to my memory. And the Holy Spirit is showing me things to come. (John 14:26 & 16:13)

• The Bible says we can be led by God’s peace. Therefore, I will seek God's peace in every situation before making a final decision.

• Jesus said that his sheep would hear his voice and I am one of his sheep. Therefore, I am listening for his voice as a mature child of God should so I can hear him telling me what to do. And by his grace when I hear his command, I will obey. (John 10:27 & Rom 8)

Provision

• I am seeking first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and God will supply all my material needs. (Matt 6:33)

• Jesus said if I give to others that I will receive more in return. Therefore, I choose to be a generous person. (Luke 6:38)

• I give thanks to the Lord my God, because God is the one who gives me the power to get wealth. (Deut 8:18)

• God expects me to work for a living. What I sow is also what I will reap. When I plant my seeds with tears in my eyes I will come again with rejoicing bringing the fruits of my garden with me. (Psm 126:5-6)

• God promises in his word that he will restore the years the locusts have eaten. (Joel 2:25)

• The wealth of the sinner is in storage for the just. And I am one of those righteous people who will receive some of that wealth. (Prov 13:22)

Health

• Jesus bore my sins in his own body on the tree, the just for the unjust. And because of what he did, I have died to sin so I can live righteously. By his stripes I am healed. (1Pet 2:24 & Rom 6)

• Jesus went everywhere healing all who were sick and casting out demons. (Matt 4:24, 8:16)

• My life and my health are important to me. Therefore, I will not overeat or consume unhealthy foods. And I will not destroy my body with harmful things. (Prov 23:2)

• I will not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. (Psm 118:17)

Humility

• Jesus humbled himself and became obedient, even to the death on the cross. (Phil 2:8)

• God resists the proud but he gives grace to the humble. Therefore, I humble myself under the mighty hand of God, so he may exalt me at the right time. I will be sober and vigilant because my adversary, the devil, is like a roaring lion that walks about looking for someone to devour. (1Pet 5:5-8, James 4:10)

• Therefore, I humble myself by submitting to others, especially those in authority. And I will humble myself by seeking friendships with people who will compassionately but honestly tell me my faults. And I also humble myself by confessing my sins, and by fasting from food. (1Pet 5:5, Psm 35:13)

The Final Harvest

• The end time harvest is at hand. The Bible predicts great signs and wonders will occur immediately before the return of Jesus Christ. Therefore, in faith I believe God will do greater works in the near future than Jesus did before his death and resurrection and I am believing for the greatest harvest of souls in all of human history. I declare that some of these miracles and signs and wonders will be done in my own life.

• It is not God’s will that any should perish, but that all should repent and come to a knowledge of the truth.

• All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Jesus. Therefore, he commands me to preach the gospel to all nations and to make disciples of those nations so they will become followers of him and be conformed to his image.

• Jesus told his disciples to ask God for the Holy Spirit. Therefore, I also pray to be filled with the Holy Spirit so I can speak the word of God with boldness like they did back then. (Luke 11:13 & Acts 4:31)

• The fields are ripe unto harvest. Therefore, I am working in God's harvest field. And I pray that God will send additional workers into his harvest. I am serving God now with my whole heart and soul and mind and strength, because the night is coming when no one can work.

• Be exalted, O God. Be exalted above the heavens. Let your glory be over all the earth and let the whole world see it together. (Psm 57)

• Let the purifying fire of God fall upon my church and upon all the churches in my city and in my region. Wake up the sleeping Christians. Take away the blindness from their eyes and let God’s people get ready for the soon return of Jesus Christ and for the marriage supper of the lamb. Even so, come Lord Jesus.

Spiritual Warfare

• Jesus defeated the devil and his angels and he made a public display of their defeat, triumphing over them in it. (Col 2:15)

• Jesus gives me power over all the power of the enemy. And nothing will by any means hurt me. (Luke 10:19)

• I will submit to God and I will resist the devil. I will draw near to God and God will draw near to me. I will not give place to the devil in any way, not in my life, not in my home and not in my body. (James 4:7-8)

• I overcome the devil and his angels by the blood of the lamb and by the words of my testimony. And my testimony is that I believe in God and I believe that Jesus is the son of God. I believe that Jesus came in the flesh and was born of a virgin, that he lived a totally sinless life, that he died to pay for my sins as my substitute and that his blood washes away all my sins so I can be born again into the family of God. He rose again on the third day and he ascended into heaven where he is now my defense attorney in the court of heaven. (Rev 12:11)

Exposing Sin

• All sins and all corruption will be exposed someday no matter how well hidden or how closely guarded. Everything covered will be revealed and everything hidden will be made known. (Matt 10:26)

• The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin and of righteousness and of judgment. (John 16:8)

• Be sure your sin will find you out. Nevertheless, God’s word says if I judge myself, I will not be judged. So I acknowledge the truth about myself. I repent and confess my sins to God and I ask him to forgive me and to cleanse me so I will not be condemned with the world. (1Cor 11:31-32, Num 32:23)

• Furthermore, I forgive everyone who has hurt me, because I know that God cannot forgive me if I will not forgive others. And because of what Jesus did for me, I ask God to bless these other people who have hurt me.

Judgment

• I have the high praises of God in my mouth. And I have a weapon in my hand. I will use this weapon to execute vengeance on the nations and punishments on the people. I will bind their leaders and I will execute on them the judgment that is written. This honor I have because I am one of his saints. (Psm 149:6-9)

• The wicked will not remain in leadership over the land allotted to the righteous. The United States of America is part of the land allotted to the righteous. (Psm 125:3)

• Jesus is the judge of the whole world and I am called to reign with him. Therefore, I accept my responsibility to judge evildoers. And in obedience to God’s word I am ready to punish all disobedience when my obedience is fulfilled. (2Cor 5:10, Rev 19:11)

Suffering

• What things are gain to me, those things I count as loss for Christ, that I may know him and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death. (Phil 3:7-10)

• All who live godly in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution. I rejoice when I am found worthy to suffer for his name. (John 15:20, 2Tim 3:12, Matt 5)

• When the enemy comes in like a flood, then the Spirit of the Lord will raise up an army against him. And I am a member of that army. And God’s Humble Army is a part of that army. (Isa 59:19)

• I am a soldier of the lord Jesus Christ. Jesus gave his life for me and I am willing to endure hardness and to give my life for him, if needed. So, in obedience to God’s word, I bow my heart. I take up my cross. And I follow him. (2Tim 2:3)

Protection

• God protects me and my loved ones. He is my refuge and my strength. He is my helper in times of trouble. God is my shield and my defender. I will trust in him and I will not be afraid. (Psm 18:1-3 & 28:7)

• God has not given me the spirit of fear. But God has given me the spirit of power, the spirit of love and the spirit of a sound mind. Therefore, I will not allow the fear of man to control what I do. (2Tim 1:7)

• No weapon that is formed against me and my loved ones will prosper. And every tongue that rises up against us, I do condemn. This is my heritage from the Lord and my righteousness comes from him. (Isa 54:17)

• I declare a hedge of protection around me and all my loved ones.

Spiritual Growth

• It’s time for me to grow up and become spiritually strong. The times past in my life are sufficient for doing carnal and worldly things.

• God is removing the blindness from my eyes so I can see the world the way he sees it, and also so I can see my faults and repent and become more like Jesus.

• God is able to make all grace abound toward me, so I can abound to every good work. (2Cor 9:8)

• God said, Be ye holy for I am holy. Therefore, I will be holy as God is holy. (1Pet 1:16)

• I can do all things through Christ who empowers me. And I am asking God to increase my faith so I can please him more. (Phil 4:13 & Heb 11)

• I have not achieved perfection. But this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus my lord. (Phil 3:12-14)

• I am not ashamed, but in Christ I have hope. I know whom I have believed and I am persuaded that he is able to keep me secure until the day he takes me home. Moreover, I am more than a conqueror through him that loved me, and nothing will be able to separate me from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus my Lord. (1Cor 15:19)
